100% Silk scarf, is it approximately 40cm x 150cm, hand painted with hand rolled edges.
Unique long light weight silk very eye catching and luxurious feeling. Beautiful bouquet of roses, hydrangeas and paper roses painted in pinks, corals and lilac hues against a dark bottle green background.
This long scarf is painted using steam fixed dyes and has a hand rolled hem. This beautiful light fabric falls beautifully and the green shimmers when it catches the light. This would make a dynamic addition to any wardrobe!
Each handmade scarf is one of a kind and is a piece of art in itself. This scarf would be beautiful in hair, as a neckerchief, or adorning your favourite bag.
Each scarf is handmade and, due to the dying and painting process (although much effort is made to remove all dye post steaming), darker colours may still transfer onto lighter colours.
Care instructions
Hand washable in luke warm water, iron on low heat while still wet to preserve the silk. I recommend washing it by hand with mild soap or children’s shampoo. Do not twist. Do not soak. Remove excess water by rolling up in a towel. Iron while still damp
